A tiny plan for your day

Estimated time: 3 min to pick · 10 min to make · 2 min to tidy. It's fine to stop early.

Before you start

What you’ll need

  • A handful of daisies with long stems
  • A thumbnail, or an adult's

Let's begin

Five simple steps

That's the whole activity. Tick each step off as you go, and stop whenever you like.

  1. Pick daisies with long, thick stems.

  2. Grown-up job

An adult makes a small slit near the bottom of a stem with a thumbnail.

  3. Little one leads

Your child threads the next daisy's stem through the slit.

  4. Keep going, slit and thread, until it's long enough.

  5. Join the ends to make a bracelet or crown.

All done!

That's every step. However it went, you made a little moment together.
