A tiny plan for your day

Estimated time: 2 min to prepare · 16 min to explore · 2 min to tidy. It's fine to stop early.

Before you start

What you’ll need

  • Wide masking tape or parcel tape

Let's begin

Five simple steps

That's the whole activity. Tick each step off as you go, and stop whenever you like.

  1. Wrap a loose loop of tape around your child's wrist, sticky side out.

  2. Head out on a walk.

  3. Stick on little finds: a petal, a tiny leaf, a bit of grass, a feather.

  4. Turn it round and look at all the things you found.

  5. Snip it off at home and keep it on the fridge.

All done!

That's every step. However it went, you made a little moment together.
