Seeds in a perfectly straight line! Glue seeds to paper strips now, plant them later.

A tiny plan for your day
Estimated time: 5 min to prepare · 12 min to make · 3 min to tidy. It's fine to stop early.
Before you start
What you’ll need
- Strips of toilet paper or kitchen roll
- A paste of flour and water
- Large seeds, like radish, carrot or nasturtium
- A cotton bud
Let's begin
Five simple steps
That's the whole activity. Tick each step off as you go, and stop whenever you like.
Lay a strip of paper flat.
- Little one leads
Your child dabs blobs of flour paste along it, a finger-width apart.
Pop one seed on each blob.
Leave to dry, then roll up and label.
In spring, lay the strip in the soil, cover lightly and water.
That's every step. However it went, you made a little moment together.
