A tiny plan for your day

Estimated time: 5 min to set up · 13 min to play · 2 min to tidy. It's fine to stop early.

Before you start

What you’ll need

  • A few sticks, logs and leaves
  • A tree or two to run around

Let's begin

Five simple steps

That's the whole activity. Tick each step off as you go, and stop whenever you like.

  1. Lay a stick on the ground to jump over.

  2. Find a low log to step along or a tree to run around.

  3. Add a leaf pile to hop into, or a stone to touch.

  4. Grown-up job

An adult calls out the moves. Ready, steady, go!

  5. Swap, and let your child set you a course.

All done!

That's every step. However it went, you made a little moment together.
