A tiny plan for your day

Estimated time: 2 min to find a bridge · 12 min to act · 1 min to bow. It's fine to stop early.

Before you start

What you’ll need

  • A low log, plank or chalk bridge
  • A rug or blanket as the river below

Let's begin

Five simple steps

That's the whole activity. Tick each step off as you go, and stop whenever you like.

  1. Tell the story of the three goats and the troll.

  2. Choose roles: little, middle and big goat, and a troll under the bridge.

  3. Trip-trap across the bridge, getting louder each time.

  4. The troll pops up: "Who's that?"

  5. Swap roles and play again.

All done!

That's every step. However it went, you made a little moment together.
