A tiny plan for your day

Estimated time: 1 min to prepare · 12 min to explore · 2 min to head home. It's fine to stop early.

Before you start

What you’ll need

  • Nothing at all, just your fingers for counting

Let's begin

Five simple steps

That's the whole activity. Tick each step off as you go, and stop whenever you like.

  1. Start at one. Can you spot one big tree?

  2. Now two. Two birds? Two stones?

  3. Keep going, finding a group of three, four, five, all the way to ten.

  4. Together

Count out loud on your fingers together.

  5. Can you count back down on the way home?

All done!

That's every step. However it went, you made a little moment together.
