A tiny plan for your day

Estimated time: 2 min to set up · 7 min to play · 1 min to regroup. It's fine to stop early.

Before you start

What you’ll need

  • A soft, flat, open space
  • A scarf for a blindfold, or just closed eyes
  • Three or more players

Let's begin

Five simple steps

That's the whole activity. Tick each step off as you go, and stop whenever you like.

  1. Together

Everyone stands in a circle holding hands. That's the cave.

  2. One player is the bat, with eyes closed. One or two are moths.

  3. The bat calls "Bat!" and the moths must reply "Moth!"

  4. The bat follows the sound to try to tag a moth.

  5. Swap roles and play again.

All done!

That's every step. However it went, you made a little moment together.
